In the domestic Mini-LED manufacturing field, thermal field uniformity is the key factor determining costs. An LED epitaxial factory needs to optimize the heating structure of the MOCVD equipment. We use a 200mm pure molybdenum circular plate and, through precise CNC machining on the surface, create concentric ring-shaped groove structures. This design not only solves the thermal deformation problem during the 1100℃ heating and cooling process, but also significantly increases the thermal contact area, thereby greatly improving the uniformity of the epitaxial growth film thickness and meeting the requirements of large-scale mass production for customers.
