Niobium Zirconium Alloy
China Super Tech Co., Ltd. has launched this niobium-zirconium alloy, which is precisely added with 2.5% zirconium element to the high-purity niobium matrix and then melted. The entire production process adopts the vacuum self-consuming arc melting casting technology. The overall impurity content is controlled within 0.1%. It will not show obvious deformation under normal conditions of 300℃ and below. It is suitable for the basic usage requirements of most civilian industrial scenarios.

Product features
1. Strong corrosion resistance
By adding a certain amount of zirconium element on the surface of the material to form a dense oxide protective film, the acid and alkali erosion resistance of the material is improved by 40% compared to pure niobium. It can be used continuously in an ordinary weak acid environment for 3 years without significant wear.
2. Stable low-temperature performance
After undergoing 1800℃ high-temperature homogenization annealing treatment, it will not fracture in the -196℃ liquid nitrogen environment. It will not develop cracks even after being bent 12 times under normal conditions.
3. No magnetic interference
The entire material does not contain ferromagnetic impurities and will not cause signal interference to surrounding precision electronic components. It is suitable for working scenarios with high sensitivity to magnetism.
Product applications
1. Medical surgical instruments
Used for manufacturing dental implant abutments in the dental department, as the material is lightweight and has good compatibility with human tissues, it will not cause rejection reactions and will not release harmful impurities even when implanted in the human body for a long time.
2. Chemical pipeline accessories
Used as sealing joints for weak acid transportation pipelines, it can withstand long-term erosion from dilute sulfuric acid and phosphoric acid in daily chemical production, and does not need to replace the accessories frequently to reduce operation and maintenance costs.
3. High-end outdoor equipment
Used for manufacturing load-bearing fasteners for deep diving equipment. It will not be corroded in the hundreds of meters deep seawater environment and has a lifespan twice longer than conventional stainless steel accessories.

1. Customized dimensions
Based on the drawings provided by customers, we can directly process them into finished parts. The tolerance is controlled within ±0.02mm. After customers receive them, they can install and use them directly without any secondary polishing.
2. Surface condition adjustment
According to the requirements of the usage scenarios, we can perform mirror polishing or matte sandblasting treatment to meet the assembly and appearance requirements of different scenarios.
3. Small batch rapid delivery
For small orders of 5 kilograms or less, we have a regular stock of raw materials. We can complete the delivery within 7 days, which is much faster than the industry's conventional 15-day delivery cycle.
