1. Resistant to strong acid corrosion
By adding 15%-40% of niobium elements to adjust the crystal structure, the corrosion rate in concentrated hydrochloric acid and nitric acid at temperatures below 200℃ is less than 0.01mm, which is much better than the conventional level of pure tantalum.
2. Strong low-temperature toughness
After being treated by 1800℃ high-temperature homogenization annealing, it will not fracture even in the liquid nitrogen environment at -196℃, meeting the requirements for use in extremely cold conditions.
3. Stable thermal conductivity
There are no segregation impurities inside the alloy, and the thermal conductivity remains stable at over 55W/(m·K) for a long time, without any decline in thermal conductivity efficiency due to long-term use.
