Why installers and patch cord makers choose this fiber

Fully in-house from preform to cable, with every spec built around fewer callbacks in the field.

Ultra-low bend loss

Additional attenuation stays under 0.10dB after 10 turns at a 10mm bend radius (1550nm) - built for patch panels and desktop cable managers with tight space constraints.

Fully compatible with G.652.D

Mode field diameter closely matches standard fiber, giving low splice loss and small OTDR events against existing networks, with no need to change splicer settings.

Low attenuation across all bands

Covers the O-E-S-C-L bands, meeting the requirements of FTTX, data center interconnects and future L-band expansion.

Fully in-house production

Preform, drawing and secondary coating are all completed in our own facility, avoiding batch inconsistency from outsourced preforms; each batch ships with a traceable test report.

Flexible customization

Custom length, spool type and coating color-coding are available, with support for both sample-batch runs and large-scale orders on different procurement schedules.

Traceable quality

Compliant with ITU-T G.657.A1 and IEC 60793-2-50; every batch comes with a third-party test report, with RoHS or other compliance documents available on request.

Typical applications

Covers dense cabling needs from the last-mile drop to the equipment room.

FTTH drop cables

Multiple bends in stairwells with less splice loss

Data center cabling

Space-saving routing in high-density patch panels

Frequently asked questions

Yes. The two fiber types have similar mode field diameters, so field splicing does not require changing splicer parameters, and splice loss is comparable to a standard G652D-to-G652D splice.

G657A2 supports a smaller bending radius and stronger bend resistance, but has slightly higher splice loss with G652D. G657A1 typically supports a 7.5-10mm bending radius, which covers most FTTH and building cabling needs while remaining more compatible with existing G652D networks. If your installation rarely requires a radius below 7.5mm, G657A1 offers the better balance of cost and compatibility.

We support both small-batch samples and large-volume production orders. Standard specifications typically ship within 7-15 working days, depending on order quantity and customization requirements.

Each production batch is shipped with a factory test report. The product complies with ITU-T G.657.A1 and IEC 60793-2-50, and RoHS or other compliance documentation is available on request.
