Features

1.High-purity raw materials, backed by data

We use niobium ingots with a purity of ≥ 99.95%, instead of the common 99.5% grade found in the market. The impurity content is reduced by approximately 50%, which is directly reflected in the high-temperature creep resistance - the deformation amount at 1100°C is more than 30% lower than that of ordinary niobium materials. Each batch of raw materials comes with a spectral analysis report, and the incoming materials can be traced.

2.5-axis one-time forming, reducing cumulative errors

Using the Demag 5-axis machining center, deep holes, thin-walled, and irregularly shaped curved surfaces can be completed in a single setup. Compared to the traditional 3-axis processing that requires multiple steps, the dimensional consistency is improved by more than 40%. This is not something that can be achieved simply by having advanced equipment; it requires the use of specialized tooling and the optimization of processing paths.

3. Surface cleanliness reaches semiconductor-level standards

For high cleanliness requirements, we offer an electrolytic polishing + ultrasonic cleaning process. The surface roughness Ra is ≤ 0.2 μm, and particle contamination is controlled at ISO 6 level or above. Ordinary machined parts usually can only achieve Ra 0.8 μm, which does not meet the usage threshold of semiconductor equipment.

1. Semiconductor Equipment: Cylinders and Shielding Components

Nickel is not capable of releasing metal ions and does not contaminate wafers. Our Nb Precision Machined Components are used for the inner liners of etching and thin film deposition equipment. The wall thickness uniformity is controlled within ±0.02mm, ensuring consistent plasma distribution - this directly affects chip yield, and no ordinary component can replace it.

2. Nuclear Industry: Structural Components and Radiation Shielding

Niobium has a low neutron absorption cross-section and is resistant to high-temperature corrosion, making it suitable for use as structural components inside reactors. We offer welded niobium parts with weld strength exceeding 95% of the base material, meeting nuclear safety standards. Ordinary machine processing factories do not possess the qualification for nuclear-level welding.

3. Aerospace: High-temperature load-bearing components

Nobel alloy (such as Nb-1Zr) maintains high strength at temperatures above 1100°C and is used in engine hot-end components. We eliminate machining stresses through vacuum heat treatment to ensure no cracking during long-term service, which cannot be guaranteed solely by machining and must be combined with post-processing techniques.

From niobium material selection, heat treatment to surface treatment, all are completed on the proprietary production line. The advantages are: controllable delivery time (for regular parts, 7-10 days), and quality issues can be traced and located within 48 hours. This cannot be achieved with the outsourcing model.

No mold needs to be made. Quotation can be given based on 3D drawings. The 5-axis production line has flexible scheduling, and can respond to urgent orders within 48 hours.
